Cancellation Policy

By booking a tutoring session, you agree to the following terms:

• Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

  • If a refund is requested, it will be issued minus any non-refundable processing fees charged by the payment provider (typically no more than £1.50 per hour lesson booked).

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

• No-Shows: If you do not attend a booked session without notice, it will be treated as a late cancellation.

• Tutor Unavailability: In the unlikely event that your tutor is unable to deliver the session at the scheduled time, you will be offered either:

  • A rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time, or

  • A full refund, including any processing fees charged by the payment provider.

• Sessions Without Time Slot: If a session is booked without an allotted time slot, you will be offered either:

  • A rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time, or

  • A full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees charged by the payment provider (typically no more than £1.50 per hour lesson booked).

These policies are in place to ensure fairness and allow time to offer your slot to other students.
